Bodewise and Cottonfield Family Office join forces

The two multi-family offices Bodewise and Cottonfield Family Office will merge on 1 January 2026 and will operate jointly under the name ‘Bodewise Cottonfield Family Office AG’ in future. The merger will strengthen the company's independence and joint strategic development in the long term.

Bodewise Cottonfield Family Office AG builds on the previous successes of the two multi-family offices, which are characterised by a broad client base and long-standing, trusting relationships. It continues to target (entrepreneurial) families, high net worth individuals and executives across generations, as well as foundations and institutions with a focus on individual solutions. Its partners, employees, board of directors and advisory board members complement each other with comprehensive expertise in advising and supporting clients on asset issues and strategies, as well as on legal matters, financing, investments and succession planning. Their work is based on shared values that focus on independence, continuity and a high level of professionalism.

Bodewise Cottonfield Family Office has its own FINMA licence. Its solid personnel base allows it to perform all core tasks independently while continuing to ensure personal exchange among partners and with clients.
